The main office for the institute in located at Nablus city, and the area of activity is the occupied Palestinian territory. The sector of interest is the environmental and health in general and applied techniques in particular.

Our Mission

UIAHR’s mission is to develop scientific applied and health research and promote the sustainability of environmental and natural resources in the occupied Palestinian territories. UIAHR aims to develop modern techniques that can reduce the burden on the environment and economic burden on families, contributing to poverty reduction and promoting sustainable development.

The institute aims to:

1. Raise the level of scientific research for new researchers in the field of applied and health researches.

2. Contribute to the scientific research and high-quality studies and actively contribute to the capacity building in applied and health researches.

4. Contribute to poverty reduction through development of modern techniques that can alleviate economical burdens on Palestinian families.

5. Contribution to the environmental protection and climate change mitigation and adaptation.
